Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective products
- Size or color exchanges (subject to stock availability)
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
