Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped at no additional charge.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request an exchange or replacement according to our policy.
Exchange & Replacement
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or wish to exchange your glasses for a different power or model, you may request an exchange or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, cases, and invoices must be included.
- The product should not have any signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
Exchange & Replacement Charges
A ₹120 processing charge will apply for all exchange and replacement requests. This fee covers:
- Reverse pickup/shipping
- Product quality inspection
- Packing and dispatch of the replacement item
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange or replacement requests may not be accepted if:
- The request is made after the eligible period.
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The original packaging or accessories are missing.
