Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
- A valid order number or invoice is required.
- Products showing signs of use, scratches, or physical damage are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Charges
A ₹120 exchange processing fee will be applicable for every exchange request. This fee covers reverse pickup, quality inspection, and re-dispatch of your replacement product.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
- After the returned product passes quality inspection, your replacement will be shipped.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product has a price difference, the balance amount will be collected or refunded accordingly.
- Exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be declined.
